Shipping and Returns policy

Wisdom Choice is the operator of www.wisdomchoice.com.au (Website). By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to terms of these arrangements and serve to protect the trust in our interactions and help to set expectations of our service. 

Shipping: 

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $100 to a single address within Australia only (standard post), excluding express shipping. This is only available for single orders under 25kg. Should single orders exceed that amount, we may be in contact to split up the order into different shipping amounts. 
  • We offer a flat rate shipping of $10 on orders below $100 to a single address within Australia (standard post)
  • We use Australia Post / Sendle for most of our shipping. Payment of the shipping will be collected with the purchase of the item. 
  • Standard shipping within Australia may take 2-7 business days for the product to be delivered to you from dispatch. 
  • Currently we do not ship internationally 
  • Please note that due to increasing demand for online orders, there may be delays to our couriers. We will seek to make every effort to communicate any delays in your order to you. 

Dispatch time: 

  • We aim to process your order as soon as possible. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment depending on stock availability. 
  • Our warehouse operates from Tuesday to Friday during standard business hours, except for national and state based public holidays where our warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we may experience some delays to processing your order but we will strive to take steps to ensure that shipment delays are kept to a minimum. 

Cancellations: 

  • We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. 
Please note that there are some restrictions of shipping for Bee and Honey products for specific states within Australia. Please refer to your state or territories biosecurity rule to ensure that your product arrives safely. Some restrictions of honey products that may apply to you: 
  • Western Australia (WA) has stringent restrictions on honey or bee products to quarantine restrictions. As such we are not able to ship any honey or bee products into Western Australia. 
  • Tasmania (TAS) has restrictions to shipping raw honeycomb products 

Returns, Replacement and Exchanges

We strive to ensure that all our customers are 100% satisfied with our products and service. We take pride in delivering an online shopping experience which is simply and easy to use. We take pride in being able to offer high quality honey products at affordable prices and take great care in packing our products for shipment to ensure that they arrive in the best condition. However, we understand that mistakes can be made and are committed to working with our customers to resolve any issues: 
  • Please note that we are not able to accept any returns or exchange of products due to change or mind, mistaken purchase or unwanted gifts. We recommend choosing your product carefully before checkout. 
  • Please inspect your package immediately upon receiving it. If you have received the wrong product, or the product is damaged, please let us know within 3 business days of your order. 
  • To notify us of a damaged or faulty product, please send your full name and photo of your damaged item to info@wisdomchoice.com.au and we will be in touch regarding the refund or replacement. 
  • We may request that the item be returned before a refund or replacement is granted, and in some cases the return postage costs will be the customers responsibility
  • Items which have been sent back to us first without requesting return or replacement will not be accepted. 
Once you have notified us of a damaged or faulty item via hello@wisdomchoice.com.au, we will be able to send through instructions for the return address.
