Flavour and texture:
Jarrah honey has a dark amber colour with smooth yet robust smooth, nutty-malt caramel flavour. It is a lower viscosity honey making it easier to drizzle or spread of your favourite food and drink.

Take daily (1 tsp) either by itself or dissolved in warm water.
Add it to your tea or coffee as a alternative to sugar or sweeteners
Spread it on your toast

Tip: Has your honey crystalised or started to become too thick ? If so, this is totally normal, natural and a characteristic of raw honey. Crystalised honey is just as edible and tasty as liquid honey. However, if you do not enjoy the texture, you can soften the honey by placing the jar in warm water. After a few minutes and a stir, the honey should return to its liquid state.

Total Activity (TA) is the measurement of the honey’s strength of antimicrobial activity or put in another way its effectiveness for killing bacteria (or fungus). While values of TA10 have been shown to have beneficial properties, it is generally considered anything over TA30+ as having high strength.
