Our Macadamia honey is sourced from the bees which have foraged pollen from the Macadamia trees indigenous to the east coast of Australia.  

Macadamia Honey is a fantastic “dessert” honey. It goes exceptionally well with milk-based products like ice-cream, yoghurt and creamed cheese by allowing the sweet nutty aftertaste without overpowering the diary.

Wisdom Choice’s Macadamia Honey is creamed, which is a process which controls the natural crystalisation of the honey into a soft, buttery texture (just like cream!) which is perfect for spreading and an additional benefit is that the honey will not crystalise any further.

Flavour and texture: 

Wisdom Choice’s Macadamia honey is a light golden colour with sweet honey aromas with deep flavours of malt and caramel. It has a beautiful savory aftertaste. The texture of the honey is creamy, smooth and slightly thicker making it a perfect honey for spreading or even straight from the spoon !
