Our Red Gum honey is sourced from the Riverland in north east Victoria which is known for its pristine rivers, native trees and hardworking bees.
An excellent full bodied honey which goes well on crumpets, toast or with tea.

Flavour and texture:
Wisdom Choice’s Red gum honey has a dark amber colour and a thicker more viscous honey. It has a delicious toffee flavour which lingers on the tongue.

Take daily (1 tsp) either by itself or dissolved in warm water.
Add it to your tea or coffee as a alternative to sugar or sweeteners
Spread it on your toast
Drizzle it over your porridge or cereal
Take as needed to soothe a sore throat
Tip: Has your honey crystalised or started to become too thick ? If so, this is totally normal, natural and a characteristic of raw honey. Crystalised honey is just as edible and tasty as liquid honey. However, if you do not enjoy the texture, you can soften the honey by placing the jar in warm water. After a few minutes and a stir, the honey should return to its liquid state.
